Relationship therapy is something I’ve undergone myself and I have worked with a couple, leading them to new findings. Relationship therapy can definitely lead to fantastic destinations, even when partners are generally happy as it is.
Healthy relationships exist of people who don’t have to be together, but want to be together. Thus, they are great on their own already, meaning: they are their most authentic self, they know what they want, what they need and how everything comes together.
